To ensure a smooth process and provide clarity for our customers, we have outlined the following terms and conditions for this special offer:

1. Payment Deadline: Payment must be received by June 30, 2023, to be eligible for the free installation. Please note that equipment invoiced prior to June 23, 2023, is excluded from this promotion.

2. Order Placement and Scheduling: Once payment is received, we will promptly place the order for your equipment. As soon as the items are received, we will coordinate with you to schedule the installation at a convenient time.

3. Electrical and Gas Connections: Please be aware that any electrical work or gas connections required for the installation are not included in this offer. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that these connections are in place before the installation appointment.

4. Removal of Old Media: Unless specifically quoted, the removal of old media (e.g., filters, cartridges) is not included in the free installation service. If you require this service, please let us know in advance, and we will provide you with a separate quotation.

5. Eligibility: The free installation offer applies only to new equipment purchased from Poseidon Pool Services at the recommended retail price (RRP). Spare parts are not included unless specifically quoted.

6. Equipment Relocation: If you require the relocation of existing equipment, please note that it is not included in the free installation offer. For such services, please contact us, and we will be happy to provide you with a separate quotation.

7. Disposal of Old Equipment: Unless specifically quoted, the disposal of old equipment is not included in the free installation offer. If you would like us to arrange the disposal of your old equipment, kindly inform us in advance, and we will provide you with a separate quotation.

8. Payment Methods and Order Processing: For payments made via Direct Debit, we can place the equipment order within 24-48 hours of receiving payment. However, please be aware that payments made through other methods may require an additional 7 days for processing before the order can be placed.
