Josh installed the heat pump and multiport valve for our pool. He really knows what he is doing and is a pleasure to deal with. He explains everything so well and nothing is too much trouble. Poseidon Pool Services are a terrific firm to deal with.

The team at Poseidon are awesome. Friendly both on the phone and in person. I was able to get a pool service booked in the same day I called which was fantastic. They arrived on time and taught me the ins and outs of the pool. Ive booked them monthly to service the pool. Highly recommend.

Poseidon Pools came to deliver our handover for our new pool. Josh was knowledgeable and helpful. He arrived on time and stayed until the job was done despite the bouts of rain on the day. What areas do you service?
We are based at Tuggerah but go all the way to Berowra Heights, Spencer, Manadalong, Caves Beach and anywhere in between.

What is your availability?
It changes with the time of the year but we can most of the time fit you in within 2-7 days.

What is the turn around on equipment?
Once we receive payment, goods are ordered turn around between 5-14 business days.

Do you have somewhere for me to bring a water sample to have tested?
We are located at Unit 6/16 Reliance Drive, Tuggerah and we have many people here to test your water Monday-Friday 9am-5pm. We stock all your required chemicals.
