The team at Poseidon are awesome. Friendly both on the phone and in person. I was able to get a pool service booked in the same day I called which was fantastic. Poseidon Pools came to deliver our handover for our new pool. Josh was knowledgeable and helpful. He arrived on time and stayed until the job was done despite the bouts of rain on the day. We received 2 follow up services and we were equally as impressed with the service we received, through to follow up emails with photos showing what had been done.

Always great and clear communication from the team at Poseidon and I always feel well informed.
Any question I have about my pool is answered in a timely fashion and my pool always looks amazing due to Jason’s care and diligence.
Ever since we had our pool installed, Poseidon have supported me with its maintenance.
I have and will continue to recommend them to friends with pools.

I am very happy with my pool services by Poseidon. Jason does a wonderful job, always reliable and friendly, nothing is a problem and he is always very patient with my 101 pool questions. It’s over 3 years of services now, my pool always looks pristine.
